We haven’t been in a traditional gym in years, but we understand that sometimes you just want to get your heart rate up fast, so we tailored a special Fuse workout for you endurance junkies. This reformer class incorporates plyometric intervals using the jumpboard with bursts of strength training for arms, legs, abs, back, and glutes. You’ll be having so much fun you won’t even notice you’ve worked up a sweat. Fancy that!
This class is open to all levels. We do not recommend this class for our Prenatal students in heir third trimesters.
