First half of class focuses on building heat in the body with strong, mildly-invigorating postures. Second half of class gets into deep connective tissues including fascia, ligaments and joints using longer-held, restorative postures. Students of all levels are welcome and you needn't play sports or be an athlete to receive the benefits this class has to offer.</p>
