A workout that complements Pilates as it blends functional strength and mobility training with elements of dance. </span><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;">Barre is a low impact full body class with high intensity movements that improve your overall strength and flexibility. You will leave you feeling energized and strong! No dance experience or barre needed! </span></div>

Tuesdays class is a full body barre class (mostly standing) and Thursdays class is a barre fusion class incorporating barre and some mat work with a blend of sculpt and stretch. Classes are 30 minutes take place on zoom and are recorded. Starts April 6. Zoom Tuesday and Thursday 5pm<br /></span></span>
