<p class="s3"><span class="s2">In a prenatal yoga class with Jazz, you can expect to relax (yey!), relax some more, connect with your baby and spend time with yourself, getting ready to welcome your mini miracle. The poses we practice in class are gentle and mainly focus on the areas of the body which will be used during labour. We also practice different breathing techniques to calm the mind and spirit and do short visualisations to mentally prepare for the big day.</span><span class="s2"><br /></span><span class="s2"><br /></span><span class="s2">All trimesters are welcome!</span></p>
