Dubbed "Community Napping," this is a slow-paced class with lots of props and options to modify for each individual student. Restorative Yoga offers a deep stretch wits pranayama and meditation practices. This class is appropriate for all levels and bodies and will provide tools for more peaceful everyday living.

Restorative yoga is a wonderful compliment to a more vigorous yoga practice, running, cycling or other more active pursuits.

Please note:
Due to the slower pace of Restorative, we invite you to wear an extra layer to keep warm while holding poses for extended periods of time.

Yin and Restorative: What's the difference? Whereas Yin aims to work deep into the connective tissues and bring a body to optimum health, Restorative works to relax a body and perhaps heal some ailments. Sometimes Yin can bring up deeper disconnects that begin a longer path of healing while Restorative works to de-stress and settle the body in the moment.
