<p>Pilates is a core-focused, full body workout that lengthens and strengthens every muscle in your body. Pilates movements focus on quality over quantity, breath awareness, and prefect posture throughout. <br /><br />If you have back pain, poor posture, weak core muscles, or tight or weak hips, Pilates is a must for your training routine!</p>
<p>Grab your water and a mat. If you happen to have other equipment like a core ball, Pilates ring, light weights, or bands have those on hand as well.</p>
