This class is designed for the upcoming or current college athlete looking for speed and agility training to supplement their current strength program. Our coaches will provide intimate instruction and guidance during the entire session. Each class will move through a progressive, multi-directional speed and agility curriculum based on developing skills in Power, Speed, Reaction, and Change of Direction and the practical application of these skills to the field/court demands of the athlete.
In addition, there are options to incorporate individualized strength work to be completed alonside this class or at a separate time as an open gym training session. Our individually designed programs include exercise variations tailored to the athlete’s skill level, and they will be encouraged to work on their own, outside of training, to continue progression. Every program we design is built to help our athletes perform their best when it matters most.
