This Online Breathing workshop will cover 3 breathing practices along with an overview of the basic mechanics of breathing, our nervous system, and simple tests you can conduct at home.
Breathing is a safe and effective way to relieve stress, boost digestion, balance your energy, and improve sleep.
No experience of any kind is needed. I take a very simple, science-based approach that is effective for everyone.
No equipment necessary other than your Mat, and possibly a chair to sit in depending on your own bodys' needs.
