This class focuses on classic barre strengthening mixed with high-energy movement to increase your cardio-vascular health and endurance while igniting your love of movment, music and fun. All this with a common thread of mindfulness that runs through all our classes, and we end with a calming stretch. Don't forget water and a small towel. Come prepared to work-up a sweat and have the best time!
