<div>For those who are looking for a blend of all things yoga. Our moderate classes are approximately ten minutes longer than our gentle classes allowing more time for centering, warming up, building strength, balancing, cooling down and ending in relaxation. No previous experience necessary, though it is helpful to come in with a foundation of body awareness. <strong>Note: on the first Saturday of the month the class is with live music and there is an opportunity to leave a donation for the musicians, if you like.</strong></div>
