<p>May Meditation Challenge ONLINE</p>
<p>During these challenging and changing times, it can be very helpful to adopt a new routine and rhythm that will ground and center our energy for the day. We invite you to join us for a month of morning meditation. You will feel the support of the community and a sense of connection! You don't need to have formal meditation instruction and all are welcome. You are welcome to meet the challenge of meditating everyday, or just drop in when it suits you. Just show up!</p>
<p>The gatherings will be at 8:00am (eastern time) every morning for ~ 15 minutes. The teacher will guide you into the meditation and hold space for you to just BE & BREATHE. </p>
<p>Your guides for this journey are an amazing collection of beautiful teachers eager to sit with you and share in life as it unfolds.</p>
