foundational movements to make your workout more effective so
whether you are new to Barre or you have tied up the toe shoes this
is a fun way to strengthen, tone & move. You will improve your
posture, overall flexibility and of course tone the legs, tummy
& derriere. Instructors will offer modifications so that no
matter what level you are at you can modify, strengthen and
progress. *Each teacher brings their own style and personality to
