Yin Yoga is both a restorative and preventative practice. In
this mat based class long held supportive poses and the attention
to breath help to both nourish ligaments and tendons surrounding
the joints as well as boost the health of visceral organs by
increasing the strength and mobility of energy flow along the 12
meridian lines of the body. Mindful attention is given to the
practice of letting go of holding and stress, bringing mind and
body into a peaceful union. All levels welcome!
