<p>A gentle flow class suitable for all levels. This class will invite students to connect breath with movement. Students will move in and out of postures at a slower pace. This allows for students to focus on alignment, building strength and improve balance and flxibility. Students will be encouraged to shift their attention to the sensations within and deepen their awareness of the connection of mind, body and spirit as they journey into the sweet surrender of Savasana.</p>
