This class will focus on learning the Beginner Reformer exericse repertoire along with adding in Intermediate level exercises.  The pace begins to increase as the class becomes more experienced and the use of mixed equipment will enhance the workout.  


Special Instructions

Participants must have prior experience in either Private Reformer Sessions or have taken Reformer Basics classes.  

Clients with Joint/Spine injuries or Health Problems should consult with their Physician and let the studio know prior to signing up for class.
