<p>I’m very excited to have created a 4-week pop-up class series focusing on arm balances and inversions. I will teach you the foundation you need to build the strength and flexibility required specifically for arm balances and inversions. Inversions are a huge part of my personal practice. I am VERY passionate about the upside down world and would love to share all of my tips, tricks, do’s and dont's and everything in-between. This class is for everyone. The playtime of the actual arm balances or inversions will only take about 10 minutes of the class. The majority of the class will be a vinyasa style flow, which will focus on each specific area of the body we need to strengthen and or stretch in order to give our bodies access to play.
