Gabriela will be guiding you through a nourishing practice of
therapeutic slow movements in supported Yoga asanas to bring the
body into a deep state of relaxation. The practice will be
supported with sound, such as humming or chanting and breathing
practices to calm the nervous system, which will help stimulate the
Vagus nerve leaving bringing you into a state of deep rest and
letting go. The session will end with a guided Yoga Nidra practice
to leave you nourished and rejuvenated.
