Join Zen and Pow Studio for this signature studio class on the Onalaska Landing overlooking the water! This is the perfect combination of two great low impact formats that will give you strength and stability alongside movement and mindfulness. You’ll begin with 30 minutes of pilates followed by 30 minutes of relaxing yoga to create the perfect class combo. Bring a mat and light hand weights if you have them. Invite your friends for beautiful, relaxing class outside!
