<p>City Dance Corps turns 19 and we're celebrating with a full day of FREE VIRTUAL DANCE CLASSES! We can't think of a better way to say "thank you" than giving back to you, our amazing community. Of all the years we have been in business, it's no surprise that the last year has been the hardest. We only made it through thanks to your support and that is something to celebrate!</p>
<div>Pilates was created by the physical trainer Joseph Pilates in the 1920s with a purpose of rehabilitation. During that time, soldiers returning from war and professional dancers were some of the first people treated by this method. Pilates focuses on flexibility, strength, and body awareness. Exercises are performed on a mat, and some prop may be used like weighted balls.</div>

<li>Download the ZOOM app on the device you wish to watch the class from.</li>
<li>You will be sent an email from City Dance Corps up to 30 min before your class. Click on the ‘JOIN ZOOM MEETING’ link to start your class. </li>
