volume targeting the legs, abs & Glutes.
Results where you want them! Leave feeling strong,
sculpted and ready for anything.
This is a challenging class, with modifications given for
various levels.
PLEASE come a few minutes Before class to
allow time to gather a few DB's, Stability Ball, Small Ball and a
Band for class. We often warm up with a dynamic medicine ball
routine
*You might sweat! Please bring your own mat, water
bottle, and perhaps a small towel, everything else provided and
sanitized with each use.
