<p>This class will get you moving better and feeling stronger. Sessions will start by maximize your mobility through fluid movements, various stretches and myofascial release techniques. Since life never seems to come in a straight line, we'll challenge and develop your balance and ability to control movements, focusing on building more symmetry left and right and front and back. We keep mixing up the challenges to keep your body and mind engaged, sometimes using just bodyweight, sometimes adding weights or unstable surfaces. Everything is adjustable to challenge you where you are at.</p>
