Pilates is about developing strength and
length in all our muscles, starting from a strong core radiating on
out to our the tips of our fingers and toes. This low impact
workout focuses on control of movements, using those small
stabilizing muscles and big movement muscles at the same time. With
consistency you will build strength, improve your posture, increase
your flexibility and feel better overall.
In the sessions is just you and the mat
and sometimes a ball or a ring or light hand weights or a band or a
roller or hedgehog or a turtle or a... No previous Pilates
experience is required.
