Hot Gentle Flow is everything you love about Hot Sequence and Hot Flow Foundations - Just slowed down. We'll move gently through our flows focusing our attention on movement, breath, and alignment. Because we move at a slower pace, there is time to more deeply explore and play with variations, noticing how the body feels as it moves. This is a perfect class for someone new to yoga or for those seeking a gentle mid-week flow class. If you want a stronger practice, there is plenty of time to add those extra vinyasa flows! This is truly a class you create by listening to what your body needs.
