This restorative flow focuses on mindful movement connected to breath, at a pace appropriate for a class conducted entirely in masks, and ends with deep relaxation on the floor. We start slow, move through some flowing poses to get your wiggles out, then settle down for longer holds of relaxing poses to leave you mellow and balanced. It is a great way to start off the week centered and grounded, or even to recover from another workout.
This class is perfect for all levels, including beginners.
Preregistration and proof of vaccination against COVID-19 are both required. Preregistration closes one hour before class time. Please send proof of vaccination to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make a note in your account (so you only have to do it once).
And as per Durham city mandate, masks are required throughout your time at the studio. We have disposable masks for you if you forget yours.
