Pilates is about focusing and controlling
your movements - after all, it was originally called “Contrology.”
These sessions are designed to teach the essential fundamental
movements and the particulars of what's unique about Pilates. We'll
focus on lengthening and strengthening the body.
Perfect for the beginner or for folks with
experience wanting to focus in on the basics. Remember, that basic
does not necessarily mean easy. This will be an all level session
but will be at a more deliberate pace with opportunities to ask
question and work various modifications.
