<p>Stretching is very important in pole dancing. We have created this class to condition your body to help your better your pole moves to give you nice clean lines when you dance. This is a great class to take in addition to your pole or chair classes. This is a conditioning class that focuses on stretches to help with your overall flexibility on the pole. You will focus on strengthening your core muscles so that your moves are more fluid on the pole. This is a stretch class. No pole moves are learned in this class. However you will use the pole to assist in your stretches. This is a great class to help with your pverall flexibility and range of motion. Great for all Levels (Beginner - Advanced)</p>
