Taught by Kirsten Guest, these 90min classes focus on establishing and maintaining good posture, supporting a healthy and pain-free back while moving with ease. Breathing exercises and meditation train the mind to meet life's challenges with grace.These classes are currently available as RECORDINGS which are emailed out to paricipants on Monday evenings and available for approximately one week.
