In this class you will learn the basic techniques and methods of how to use a pole in your fitness practice. We will take the time to ease you into the practice, by making sure you really understand how to do things correctly and safely. Pole fitness will help create an awareness in the body that will allow you to push your limits to new physical capabilities. </span></p>
