<p>Tabata consists of eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in rounds of 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off intervals. Four minutes have never felt so good. During this class, you will use dumbbells, resistance bands and bodyweight to work your entire body.</p>
<p>Bring your own equipment if you like (i.e., weights, a yoga mat, skipping rope and towel). Don't forget lots of water to stay hydrated.</p>
<p><br />Modifications will be offered. Bodyweight is always an option.</p>
