Invite your body and mind to settle with this soothing, grounding practice with a gentle slow flow. Whether you are just starting your practice or you want a chance to deepen your existing one, this class offers you the foundation and alignment of yoga postures as well as transitions between them, all while incorporating the breath and meditation practices to support you.

Max # of Sign Ups per IN-STUDIO Class: 8 people. After 8 people sign up, one can sign up for the waiting list to be notified if there is an opening.
Due to the limited spaces available and the implementing of the wait list, late cancel and no show will be counted. To avoid using your class credit, please early cancel (an hour before class) by logging in and canceling or contacting us.
We ask that you please bring your own mat and props to use for class. We will have mats for sale. If you are traveling and can not purchase a mat, we will have some available for a $2 rental fee.
