Release stress, build strength, increase flexibility, and ease the aches and pains of pregnancy as you prepare your body and your mind for birth. You will learn tools and techniques for coping with labor, as well as the everyday fears and anxieties that come along with being a new parent. Each class begins with a brief check-in, followed by a prenatal practice that is safe and appropriate for all trimesters.
Preregistration and proof of vaccination against COVID-19 are both required. Preregistration closes one hour before class time. Please send proof of vaccination to email@example.com and we will make a note in your account (so you only have to do it once).
And as per Orange County mandate, masks are required throughout your time at the studio. We have disposable masks for you if you forget yours.
