This 45 min full body resistance workout is designed to rev up metabolism while improving muscle strength, tone and definition. It is ideal for participants to have some dumbbells and resistance bands. Other equipment that can be incorporated includes suspension trainers, medicine ball, FitBall, BOSU, and gliding discs. All fitness levels welcome! This recording is emailed out to registered participants on Fridays following the Live Online Strength Circuit. </p>
