<p>Maximize your walking workouts with a guided poling class. The use of these special poles will increase upper body involvement in your walking routine. The benefits also include higher heart rate, core contraction with every step with the use of the special handle on these poles. You will experience a greater stride and a more balanced gait along with lightening the load off your joints. We will walk about 2 miles with a warm up and cool down. Limited to 4-5 people per class. Poles will be provided. Outdoor actvity on multi-use path by the studio or with notification a variety of start points along the path for change of terrain and scenery. If you have injuries or are concerned about technique, we encourage a 30 minute private session to adjust poles and work on optimal gait. </p>
