Join Joe in the studio on Monday nights for this readily accessible, quieting practice. This practice is for anyone who wants practical tools for a healthy back, as well as an exploration of core relationships in our body. You’ll leave with an understanding of how to work with these relationships and how they relate to mind, breath, and even heart.

Class cancelations are accepted in-writing without penalty up to 30 minutes prior to the class
