Intermediate Vinyasa is designed for students who feel experienced in their practice and wish to explore more challenge in a purposeful and practical way. <p>Level 3<span style="font-weight: 400;">: Intermediate level, designed for the seasoned yogi looking to grow their practice. Focus is on fine alignment of postures and the transitions between postures, including more advanced level postures. Prior yoga experience is required. </span></p>
