<p><strong>This course is for participants who are already able to run at least 5k. We will work on increasing speed to run a personal best and on increasing endurance to provide participants with the potential to target longer races.</strong> </p>
<p>Location is Ross Family Complex on MONDAY evenings. <strong>Please bring Water. </strong><span style="font-size: 10pt;">There are 10 classes. There will be NO class on Monday August 2nd.</span></p>
<p>Early Bird pricing is offered until midnight June 16, 2021. All registrations MUST be paid in full by that time in order to qualify for the lower price. All payments must be received prior to the class start date. IF PAYING BY E-TRANSFER, PLEASE ENSURE TO ADD THE 13% HST TO THE CLASS PRICE. THANK YOU</p>
