This small class will focus on enhancing the principles of Pilates as well as working out your entire body. If you have done Pilates Tower before this will be a great way to get introduced to Pilates at our studio!
You will work hard in this class and all the exercises you’ll be doing will get your abs stronger, slim your inner and outer thighs and will stretch out the low back, upper back, neck and shoulders, and everywhere else!
