<p>Recommended for students with at least 6-months of yoga practice, this Iyengar class creates a safe space for those students who are ready to explore the depths of yoga practice. It includes continued study of the standing poses and fundamental postures with further refinement, as well inversions, arm balances, and more complex postures from Light on Yoga. This class will challenge your mind and your body and take your practice to deeper levels. </p>
<p>According to CDC guidelines, we recommend wearing a mask while indoors.</p>
