This is an open level flexibility class.
We vary the stretching each week to target different muscles
groups and request are always taken. Stretches are often done with
the assistance of props or pairs for extra support and deeper
results. Stretches done in this class can also be done at home to
help you combat sore muscles, tightness from sitting at a computer
or driving all day and just overall relaxation time for you to
unwind and destress.
The goal for this class is to make your aerial moves and
transitions smoother and your body less sore in your day to day
activities.
