<p>This class utilizes the Aerial Yoga Trapeze hammock with three levels of handles. Strengthen, stretch and decompress. This class has it all. Traditional yoga postures and arieal inversions provide a balanced workout. All levels welcome.</p>

<p>* <span style="font-size: 10pt;">Do not eat a large meal less than 3 hours before class. A light snack 1 to 2 hours before may help to prevent dizziness</span></p>

<p>* Wear a shirt with sleeves</p>
<p>* Wear yoga pants that are not slippery/silky to improve "grip" on hammock material<span style="font-size: 10pt;"> </span></p>
