<p>Pilates Fundamentals a great place to start if you are new to Pilates. In this class you'll be guided through the Beginner Pilates System on the Reformer and also be introduced to the Tower and Mat exercises. During this class you will become familiar with how to use our equipment, making spring changes and setting up for exercises. You will also learn how to make the proper connections to get the most out of your Pilates practice. Once you become familiar with these foundational exercises and connections, you will be ready to move into our All Levels class to challenge your practice. </p>
