This is a restorative class and is designed to melt away stress and tension from the body and help prepare the mind for a deep restful sleep. It is the perfect way to ease out of a long, busy week. Props needed: blanket, strap, pillow or bolster, blocks or books<br /> <br />This class is led online through Zoom, it is important for you to listen to your body and modify to maintain safety within your practice.
