Experience the salt-cave-spa-like coziness of our downstairs heated studio!
Low heat vinyasa classes range in temperature between 80F and 85F degrees, so you'll build gradual heat while moving through your flow. All vinyasa classes are creatively sequenced by our inspiring teachers, so you may work on different components in each practice! Classes all end with a lengthy savasana, and cool lavendar scented washcloths.
The benefits of hot yoga are far and wide, and include the following:
- increased flexibility (in our infrared heated room, this happens gradually and keeps you connected to your physical limitations)
- increased blood flow, and strengthened bone density (great for healthy aging!)
- linked to a reduction in both stress and depression (especially helpful in colder, darker months)

Note: We do not have showers in the studio. There is a separate bathroom downstairs for changing. We also do not provide rental mats or large towels, and ask that all students prepare as needed! Be sure to also drink plenty of water before coming to class.
