Flowing Yoga is a Vinyasa style
class. Vinyasa is a term that means “breath-synchronized movement.”
You will be guided to move from one pose to the next with the
breath. Flowing or Vinyasa Yoga describes the smooth way that the
poses run together and become like a dance. The classic Sun
Salutation is an example of vinyasa flow. At least an introductory
knowledge of the Yoga Basics poses is recommended for this more
rigorous class.
