<div>CALLING ALL PARENTS THAT NEED MORE SLEEP!! YOGA NIDRA IS HERE!</div>
<p>Let's reconnect and hold space for deep healing.<br /><br />There is a Yoga practice that provides you with the equivalent of 3 hours of deep sleep during a 45 minute guided meditation. This deep ‘Yogic Sleep’ allows your cells in your mind and body to repair and rejuvenate, and greatly reduces stress. We will start with a cacao ritual and then move into gentle yoga and meditation. The initial 30 minutes of class will consist of very basic stretching, followed by a 45 minute Guided Yoga Nidra Meditation. During the Yoga Nidra portion of class the lights will be dimmed and we will be lying on our backs. Some people like to bring blankets and pillows to support their body, and allow for deeper relaxation. We will end with an optional 15-minute manifestation and sharing circle. Please come in comfy clothes bring a yoga mat, an open heart, and any props that will help you position your body to relax. Set your intention for these ancient practices to heal our mind, body and soul. <br /><br />Preregistration is required as space is limited to maintain social distancing.</p>
