It is a perfect class if you are new to group fitness, it is a low impact, safe, work out for all levels of fitness with intensity controlled by you. </p>
<p>This specifically designed BEGINNER RPM class is 30 minutes in length.</p>
<p>You will have an all encompassing RPM session at a slightly slower pace. This is the perfect introduction for anyone wanting to try RPM. </p>
