<p class="font_8">This weight training class focuses on reps, reps, and more reps! Reps of all different tempos are used to maximize your class for maximum calorie burn and lean muscle development. Your working weight will vary between 3 lbs up to 35 lbs. Classes often are a full body workout, but every once in awhile you may get hit with a Booty Building Class or a Double A Class (Arms & Abs) or whatever else our creative minds come up with. Weights are required for this class if you are doing it on home on Zoom</p>
