<p>Tori will guide you through a workshop-style class that will offer accessible variations of common arm balancing poses. Prepare your body for crow pose with drills, stretches, along with plenty of time to ask questions and explore. This class is geared toward students that are interested in taking their arm balances to a new level! You do NOT need to know how to do arm balances in order to attend. Modifications will be offered.</p>
