<p>These yoga classes are designed to gently encourage restoration of the muscles in the core and pelvic floor for postpartum people, alongside playful activities to encourage normal physical development and growth for infants. The adults will be guided through stretching and strengthening yoga poses and sequences and the infants will be encouraged to try several tummy-time incorporated movements. This class is suitable for all levels of yoga practitioners. Please verify with your health care provider if yoga movements are appropriate for both yourself at this stage in post-partum and for your child.</p>
