<p><span style="font-size: medium;">Our hour-long kids yoga classes</span> <span style="font-size: medium;">include an appropriate mix of energetic movements, quiet breathing and meditation, and group activities to encourage body awareness, self-regulation and social interaction. Each class will have a combination of yoga flows and sequences to develop listening skills and following directions in conjunction with workshop style free movement to promote creativity. There will be yoga games, crafts, and journaling to for group cooperation and mindfulness. Each class will have its own unique theme depending on the season or focus of the week.</span></p>
